I'll be honest, "Gamer Turbo" will be forever my favorite submission from you, but this one comes on a close second place.

Great idea of mixing 80s-sound and (Pixel)graphic of that decade with horroreffects, I would say this is almost a trademark of your work!
"Neon Vortex" reminds me a bit of "TerrorVision" from 1986, if you happen to know that movie.
